Brad Black rounds out UrbanWorks services with a background in architecture, planning, and financial analysis.  Holding architectural degrees from OSU and OU, he has worked as a licensed architect for 16 years.  Over the past 11 years, he has been the project architect for the PHF Research Park and Utica Place, a mixed use development in Tulsa.  Early in his career, he was an assistant city planner with the City of Oklahoma City for two years.  During the mid-80’s, he worked as a commercial real estate appraiser for 9 years with R.W. Finley, and holds a MAI designation with the Appraisal Institute.

Tom Butcher Tom Butcher is a native of Edmond, Oklahoma and a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a Business Administration degree. He has over 20 years of experience in Construction Planning/Zoning, Design/Build Project Management, Architectural Design, Property Management and Investment Strategy. Butcher is an Independent Contractor to The City of The Village and The City of Choctaw and the owner of Butcher Realty. He is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Council of Oklahoma City and a member of the Board of Trustees for the City of Oklahoma City Foreign Trade Zone-Port Authority #106.

Bert Belanger

Bert Belanger, of Oklahoma City, formed UrbanWorks in 2005. He holds a B.S. in Architecture from OSU and a J.D. from OU College of Law. He was a practicing real estate attorney for fourteen years before becoming Vice President and General Counsel of ERC Properties, Inc, a leader in multifamily and residential land development. Belanger is currently a member of the Fannie Mae National Housing Impact Advisory Council and Fannie Mae/Oklahoma Partnership Housing Council, as well as various bar associations. He has also served on the Boards of Drug Recovery, Inc. Crown Heights Neighborhood Association, and Paseo Community Development Association.

Jay Crabb is a native of Edmond, Oklahoma and a graduate of Oklahoma State University, where he earned a BA in Business Administration/Management in 1993. He has over 13 years of experience in brokerage and real estate development at JR Fulton and Associates.
